Follow Up Process and Ongoing Education on Your Security System

Once the installation has been completed, the residential or commercial installation coordinator will conduct a follow-up call to make sure installation and training went as expected, and answer any questions you might have.

A client satisfaction survey is sent to you, and once filled out, you will be entered into a  drawing with a chance to win one month’s monitoring fees (up to $50).

If your system is monitored, our monitoring station conducts weekly (or optional daily) signal checks with your alarm panel. If we find that for some reason signal is not relaying properly, you will be contacted immediately. You also have the ability to receive Atronic Alarms, Inc. messages through text messaging, and you can select that option through our Contact Us form.

Atronic Alarms, Inc. publishes quarterly newsletters with upcoming security trends, safety tips and reminders. This award winning publication is mailed with monitoring invoices or emailed to the email address we have on file.
