Tanner Rauter, Employee of the Fall 2016 Quarter

Tanner Rauter, Service Technician, was chosen as the Fall 2016 employee of the quarter.

Mike McMillin, Service Manager, said Tanner has become a valuable asset to the “fire” team after only two years with Atronic.

“Tanner just recently completed the grueling ESA National Training School FAIM exam,” McMillin said. “Out of 15 people, he was one of three who passed. He will now be preparing for his NICET certification.”

Each quarter, employees at the company vote for the person they feel goes beyond the call of duty in hard work and dedication towards customers and each other. This fall, employees nominated 18 people from the company. Tanner pulled out the most votes.

Alysia Bianco, Office Supervisor, tallies the votes and sends out an email congratulating the winner. Below are just a few comments fellow team members had to say about Tanner:

“He came to the company with little experience in this field and in two years has become a dependable, knowledgeable fire alarm technician. His value to the service department grows daily, mainly because he is willing and capable of taking on about any task put before him.”

“He is always willing to go above and beyond when it comes to getting the customers taken care of. If you call and ask him to go check something he will do it with no questions asked. He works weekends correcting fire issues without being asked to do it. He has learned the Potter 7706 panels and has figured out some issues that we got changed in programming.”

“Goes about and does his job and you don’t have to ask him twice.”

Laura DeMoss, Employee of the Quarter

Laura DeMoss, Employee of the QuarterLaura DeMoss, Front Desk Coordinator at Atronic Alarms, Inc. in Lenexa, Kansas, was chosen as the Winter 2015 employee of the quarter. Laura came to Atronic Alarms in March of 2014 through the acquisition of Safeguard and moved to the front desk later that year.

Alysia Bianco, Office Supervisor, said that Laura was happy to accept the challenge of learning something new.

“She has done a great job working our phone system and distributing calls to where they need to go,” Alysia said. “She is helpful to everyone and extremely patient, a great strength in order to juggle all incoming calls and questions from our customers.” Continue reading

Bryan Hicks, Employee of the Quarter

bryan-hicksBryan Hicks, Installation Technician, was chosen as the Fall 2015 employee of the quarter. The staff chose Bryan because of his willingness to help others and his great attitude toward fellow team members and clients.

Installation Manager Curtis Mayes says that Bryan’s leadership abilities are also very strong, and he is “always going beyond the call of duty on a regular basis and takes great pride in his work.”

Bryan has been with the company since March 2013.

Nick Macaluso, Employee of the Quarter

nick-macalusoNick Macaluso, Installation Technician, was chosen as the 2015 employee of the quarter. The staff agreed that Nick’s hard work and dedication to the company was why he was nominated for this recognition.

Curtis Mayes, Installation Manager, said that Nick is a great asset to Atronic’s installation department.

“His attention to detail, ability to overcome any issue, and the willingness to put in all the time and effort needed to get a project completed and to make customers happy are exceptional,” said Mayes.

Macaluso has worked with Atronic  Alarms, Inc. since 2014.

Nick Hysom, Employee of the Quarter

Employees are chosen by their peers each quarter after a company-wide vote.

Nick Hysom, system design consultant, was chosen as Atronic Alarm’s Employee of the Spring 2015 Quarter in recognition of his high work ethic, attention to detail, overall knowledge, and dedication to his customers.

“He works closely with the installation and service departments, making sure each and every one of his customers is satisfied. He is willing to roll up his sleeves to do whatever it takes to get the job done,” said Doug Gertsema, sales manager.

Nick joined Atronic Alarms in February 2014 and fit in quickly with the company’s customer service “Priority One” mantra.
