Maintaining the customer’s safety and confidence in their system are the most important aspects of my job.  I assist customers with problems that they have with their alarm, and ensure that it is operating properly. I also help technicians with issues to assist with getting them the information they need to complete their ticket.

The one thing that provides me the most satisfaction professionally is my customer’s satisfaction with the service I provide for them.

I have 14 years experience as a service technician, and 2.5 years experience in an international tech support center.
