With so much hustle and bustle throughout the year, we always want to take a moment and say thank you to our clients and to our Atronic Alarm’s family, and wish you Happy Holidays. It is you who make us better.
This year our annual holiday party was held at the Monarch Room in downtown Kansas City on a crisp, beautiful night in December. Over 120 employees and their guests attended the event, combining all three locations (Kansas City, Omaha and Springfield) into one room, making history as the largest holiday party since Perry Atha started the company in 1982.
Many were meeting for the first time as this year we welcomed the American Detection Specialists group from Springfield into the family. Many others were simply reconnecting since the last holiday party as spouses, friends and family shook hands, hugged and chatted.
Neil Atha, Vice President welcomed the group and thanked everyone for their hard work. He and Office Manager Alysia Bianco played “Santa” and gave away several iPads, SONOS speakers, and Paid Time Off. Dinner and drinks were served.
“Elvis” made a surprise appearance half-way through the evening as Bryan Morris, the Branch Manager in Springfield, broke out in costume and song. To everyone’s dismay afterwards, no one had been prepared to capture the moment on their cameras. Except for the quick thinking of Tracy Goodrich from Omaha who snapped a picture of him before he “left the building.”
The out-of-town teams were provided a one-night stay that evening in the Sheraton on the Plaza, providing that extra special “touch” with the holiday lights, shopping and dining.
Atronic Alarms wishes you all a Happy Holiday and a safe new year.
