Laura DeMoss, Front Desk Coordinator at Atronic Alarms, Inc. in Lenexa, Kansas, was chosen as the Winter 2015 employee of the quarter. Laura came to Atronic Alarms in March of 2014 through the acquisition of Safeguard and moved to the front desk later that year.
Alysia Bianco, Office Supervisor, said that Laura was happy to accept the challenge of learning something new.
“She has done a great job working our phone system and distributing calls to where they need to go,” Alysia said. “She is helpful to everyone and extremely patient, a great strength in order to juggle all incoming calls and questions from our customers.” Continue reading →
Bryan Hicks, Installation Technician, was chosen as the Fall 2015 employee of the quarter. The staff chose Bryan because of his willingness to help others and his great attitude toward fellow team members and clients.
Installation Manager Curtis Mayes says that Bryan’s leadership abilities are also very strong, and he is “always going beyond the call of duty on a regular basis and takes great pride in his work.”
Nick Macaluso, Installation Technician, was chosen as the 2015 employee of the quarter. The staff agreed that Nick’s hard work and dedication to the company was why he was nominated for this recognition.
Curtis Mayes, Installation Manager, said that Nick is a great asset to Atronic’s installation department.
“His attention to detail, ability to overcome any issue, and the willingness to put in all the time and effort needed to get a project completed and to make customers happy are exceptional,” said Mayes.
Macaluso has worked with Atronic Alarms, Inc. since 2014.
Employees are chosen by their peers each quarter after a company-wide vote.
Nick Hysom, system design consultant, was chosen as Atronic Alarm’s Employee of the Spring 2015 Quarter in recognition of his high work ethic, attention to detail, overall knowledge, and dedication to his customers.
“He works closely with the installation and service departments, making sure each and every one of his customers is satisfied. He is willing to roll up his sleeves to do whatever it takes to get the job done,” said Doug Gertsema, sales manager.
Nick joined Atronic Alarms in February 2014 and fit in quickly with the company’s customer service “Priority One” mantra.
