    Water Detectors

    The Waterbug triggers an alarm when a film of water forms a bridge between the two contacts on the device. The waterbug does not trip due to condensation and humidity.

    The recommended use for waterbugs are in vacation homes, basement sump pumps, commercial buildings, offices and computer areas, greenhouses and animal buildings, and all other drain areas.

    Temperature sensors are used to alert the monitoring company if the temperature goes above or below certain degrees. These are useful to prevent pipes from freezing and bursting, causing major damage and expense.
