    Atronic's Employee of Summer 2011 Quarter: Chris Wright

    Chris WrightChris Wright has been chosen as the employee of the spring 2011 quarter.

    "Chris has been with Atronic for nearly two years as a residential installation technician, he has always shown a can-do-it attitude and a great "team" spirit," said Todd Harrison, operation's manager. "His hard work is continually being recognized by clients and his peers as going above and beyond on a daily basis. That is what Atronic is all about."

    Atronic has a tremendous response to the employee of the quarter voting, with nearly half of the team being nominated each time.

    "It really shows we have an exceptional work force, Harrision said.


    Atronic's Employee of Winter 2010-2011 Quarter: Darren Adams

    Darren Adams, Lead InstallerDarren Adams has been chosen as the employee of the winter 2010-2011 quarter.

    “Even though Darren has only been here a few months he has already being recognized as going above and beyond his job and what is expected of him,” says Todd Harrison, operations manager.

    “He provides quality to our customers and represents this organization in a fashion expected by clients and appreciated by the entire Atronic team.”

    Darren joined Atronic in June as Lead Installer. Darren’s electronics background includes six years in the security industry and three years as an aviation electronics technician.


    Atronic's Employee of Fall 2010 Quarter:
    Nathan Pluff

    Nathan Pluff, who has been with the company for almost ten years, is the employee of the quarter for the fall of 2010. An employee is selected after a company-wide vote.

    “Nate has been a vital part of several departments in Atronic,” says Nell Mathews, general manager. “His intelligence, artistic and organizational skills, along with his loyalty and ability to handle special tasks as assigned, are critical in the success of our company.”

    Nathan handles all of the equipment purchasing for each job, works closely with the installation department and the accounting department for job tracking and handles in-coming service calls.


    Employee of Quarter: Curtis Mayes

    Curtis MayesCurtis Mayes, a 10-year veteran of Atronic Alarms, was named employee of the quarter for the summer of 2010. The employee of the quarter is chosen after a company-wide vote.

    “I am proud to work with a leader such as Curtis,” said Todd Harrison, operation’s manager. “His consistent ‘can do’ attitude is very important to this organiziaton and is a tremendous value to our clients and to the entire staff at Atronic,” Todd said.

    Curtis is the commercial installation manager for the company, moving into this position three years ago with the expansion of Atronic’s commercial department.


    Employee of Quarter: Alysia LaRock

    Alysia LaRockAlysia started back in September of 2009 as a temporary receptionist. In January, 2010, Atronic managers offered her a full-time position and she became a permanent member of the team as the pleasant voice answering the phones, front desk receptionist and accounting assistant.

    In Early March, Alysia was chosen as Employee of Quarter by the Atronic staff, proving that it wasn’t just management who noticed her upbeat personality, “can do” attitude and strong work ethics.

    “Her attention to detail and strong customer service skills make her an integral part of this company,” says Nell Mathews, general manager. “That cheerful welcome voice has been noticed by clients and vendors. She is a delightful handshake to the public.”


    Employee of Quarter: Dustin Ditto

    Dustin DittoTodd Harrison, operation manager, announced Dustin Ditto as employee of the quarter.

    “He brings the team a positive, “can do” attitude that results in a job well done and satisfied clients,” said Todd.

    Nell Mathews, general manager, said that Dustin’s many years in the security and electrical industry give him the technical experience that assist in his success.

    “His product knowledge and wiring skills allow him to work efficiently on the job,” Nell explained, “and his ability to connect with people in all situations provide the kind of customer service Atronic clients expect of us.”
