Contact us for the following reasons:
1. Going on vacation. Provide dates and numbers where you can be reached as well as local numbers of people who can be contacted in case of emergency.
2. Putting your system on "test." If you want to clean out your smoke detectors, contact us before you perform this maintenance.
3. Leaving for the winter. Again, if your family leaves for the winter or for an extended period of time, let us know so we have the proper names and numbers to call.
4. Change cell phone numbers. If you change your phone numbers for any reason we must be contacted to update your call list. That helps eliminate unnecessary dispatches to your location or helps speed up the response time if it is an emergency.
5. Adding new people to your system. If you have someone new who is entering/exiting your property (babysitters, cleaning service, etc) contact us so we can add them to the call list and provide them with their own passcode and password.
