What is the difference between a dome, bullet and a pan/tilt/zoom (PTZ) camera?

The dome camera is more vandal resistant but cannot be adjusted as easily as the bullet camera. The PTZ camera is one that can be adjusted remotely with joysticks to see different angles and views.
