Atronic Alarms Wins 2008 Police Dispatch Quality Award
After receiving a 38-page document from the Atronic Alarm's marketing team, Stan Martin, Executive Director of the Security Industry Alarm Coalition (SIAC), placed a call into Atronic Alarms.
"You won the award," Stan said. "You went up against some real tough competition. You should be very proud."
The prestigious Police Dispatch Quality Award, sponsored by the (SIAC) and The False Alarm Reduction Association (FARA), is given each year to recognize the security company which best demonstrates a proactive, cooperative and successful effort in alarm reduction strategies.
The numerous applications sent by security companies from all over the country were reviewed by neutral body of people who are dedicated to the security and law enforcement community.
Atronic Alarms received the award because of the False Alarm Prevention program that had been put in place many years ago with the beginning of the Quality Assurance Department. After each alarm install, Rob Kemp visits the site, tests equipment and performs a system demonstration for the client. For three months, Rob follows the new install closely to assure that everything is working as planned.
"I was extremely pleased when I heard the news," said Perry Atha, President. "It delivers the "Job Well Done" to the staff because they are the reason this entire process has worked so well. Their day-to-day diligence and their personal pride to provide qualtiy client service and develope those on-going relationships with are clients is a big part of why we won."
