Equipment Design Consultants
Perry leads the team of highly educationed Equipment Design Consultants who meet with each client, usually at the client's home or business, to discuss security and/or fire safety needs and then customize each system to meet these requirements. Each member of this team works closely with the Installation Department to help make the process as smooth and as efficient as possible. The Installation Department
Atronic Alarms has always been proud of its Installation Department and the people who make up this part of the team. Each member is highly skilled in low-voltage electrical wiring. Most importantly, each member is dedicated to the type of quality and service Atronic Alarms customers have come to expect.
The Quality Assurance Department
Atronic Alarms established one of the first Quality Assurance Departments in the alarm industry. A revolutionary way of providing service, the technicians in the Quality Assurance Department follow up each and every installation, either new construction or retro-fit, by inspecting all wiring and equipment and providing the client a personalized, one-on-one demonstration. This helps reduce the potential for user-error false alarms and gives the owner a secure and comfortable feeling with the new system. Information is left behind for quick reference, as well as permit applications, if needed.
It is usually during the quality assurance visit that the monitored system will go online, as Atronic specialists will gather the pertinant information needed for Central Station. It is also during this visit that a checklist will be made on the installation and operations of the system itself. Atronic specialists will then watch the new account closely for two (2) weeks to see if any "false" alarms occur, and will contact the individual to ascertain if more training or equipment is needed.
The Customer and Technical Service Department
Atronic is proud to boast one of the best service departments in the area.
